INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") acts as means to describe how we collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Information, which is sent and collected via https://www.legafylaw.com/ (the "Website") and otherwise provided by you as part of your contact with Legafy Law AB.

We collect and process the information you provide in the contact form on the Website, as well as the information you provide us during any other contact phases (eg calls, emails, etc.). The continuous processing of this information is required so as to enable your utilisation of our services and will be carried out for the duration of your utilisation and for a maximum of two years thereafter.

When you use the Website, we collect computer-generated information automatically, such as IP address etc. to be able to analyze how the traffic on our website flows. Analysis is done using the third party providers mentioned under "Current Third Party Providers". This data is not exported to any third party other than described under "Current Third Party Providers".

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

We might use the information we collect to appropriately establish a customer profile in our database, which is secured in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation. This allows us to communicate with you, share data and further provide our services in a functional way.

We may use third-party providers to assist us with data management in the performance of our services. These third party providers have limited access to your Personal Data, which is required to perform assignments on our behalf, and are contractually obliged to protect them and use them only for the purposes for which they were disclosed and in accordance with applicable data protection rules

CURRENT THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

At the date of the latest update, we’re utilising the technology provided by:
 

  • Google Analytics for web site visitor information, including IP-geographical data so to enable insights in the geo-data of our visitors.

  • WIX, for visitor analytics in terms of IP-geo data and communications between visitors and Legafy Law AB.

Please note that we may request that you verify your identity before taking any further action on your request.

Correction of incorrect or incomplete Personal Data. You have the right to request that we correct incorrect or incomplete Personal Information about you.

ACCESS AND PORTABILITY OF DATA

In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your Personal Information held by us. You may also have the right to request copies of Personal Information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and / or request that we transfer this Personal Information to another third-party provider (where technically possible).

STORAGE AND DELETION OF DATA

We store your Personal Information for as long as required to provide our services, in accordance with applicable laws. If you are no longer a customer with us, we will remove the information after a period of 24 months. If after the day when you send in the contact form via the Website, you no longer want us to process your Personal Information, you can request that we delete it by sending us an e-mail that explicitly states this request to Fredrik@legafylaw.com

Please note that if you request deletion of your Personal Data: 

●      You will not be able to take advantage of our services; 

●      We may store and use your Personal Data to the extent required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

LIMITATION TO TREATMENT

OBJECTION TO THE TREATMENT

If you object to such processing, Legafy Law AB will no longer process your Personal Data for these purposes unless we can show compelling legitimate purposes for such processing or such processing is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You have the right to submit a complaint about the Personal Data Processing carried out by us to the competent supervisory authority.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes, we will publish the revised Privacy Policy on the Website and update the date under "Last Updated" at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. A revised Privacy Policy will enter into force immediately after publication on the Website.

If you object to the content of the revised Privacy Policy, you must terminate your agreement with us by notifying us of this and expressly requesting that this be done in an email to Fredrik@legafylaw.com.

If you do not terminate your agreement with us, the revised Privacy Policy will apply to your continued access to or use of the Website and your use of our services.
